To celebrate anthropology and anthropologists across the globe, the American Anthropological Association has declared 19 February 2015 as National Anthropology Day.
This is an opportunity for us to share our knowledge with the public and engage them in our research and interests. We hope to raise awareness and illustrate the significance of anthropology in our daily lives.
Join the University of Maryland, Department of Anthropology in celebrating National Anthropology Day. The Practicing Anthropologist Student Association (PASA) and Anthropology Student Association (ASA) will be hosting fun activities to involve students around the campus from 10am-3pm outside Woods Hall.
